Enable guests to wirelessly share their content from any HDMI or USB-C device in small-to-large conference rooms during hybrid meetings with the InstaShow VS25 Wireless Conferencing System from BenQ. Included in the system are fast-connect buttons that plug into computers with USB-C or HDMI connectors and facilitate wireless connectivity with the included receiver to a display of your choice. The system supports up to UHD 4K60 video and also features a multimedia hub to add peripheral audio and video accessories to your conference configuration.

Simply plug one of the included buttons into a personal laptop and start wirelessly share content into your Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Google Meet conference call. There is no need to download an app or complete a complex network setup to get started. Swap between HDMI and USB-C connections with a U-magnet bolt design on the adapter cables.

Up to four presenters can share ideas to a single screen. The system supports Windows, iOS, Chrome, and Linux operating systems.

Connect your display or projector to the receiver unit via HDMI. Use the USB-A or USB-C ports on the multimedia hub to connect a video bar, speaker, microphone array, or other peripherals to your workflow. Plug a host button into a presenter's laptop and tap the button once to share content.

The VS25 can transmit UHD 4K60 video from up to 131' away with support for HDCP and Touchback control. This makes for interactive and professional presentations. Control content from a connected touch display without interruptions.

BenQ's cloud-based DMS allows you to update firmware, monitor, and diagnose multiple InstaShow units remotely from a single dashboard. Create an ecosystem of up to 64 devices and manage them with ease.

Advanced WPA3 encryption and CVSS 4.0 certification ensure that corporate intellectual property remains private and safe from tampering or unintended disclosure. The security handshake also ensures smooth, high-quality wireless streaming of presentations.
