If you could have only one microphone
This is the one - bulletproof, full sound, clear, clean and bright - the Swiss army knife of microphones. Paul Rodgers of Bad Company recorded all his vocals with one of these - some of my studio clients prefer to sing on this mic for recording, instead of an expensive large diaphragm condenser. You can't go wrong with an SM57, and you will want more than one, cause they reproduce the sound of everything so well
Prosbulletproof, affordable, and it's a Shure!
