| The new DLP BrilliantColor Sharp PG-D4010X projector is among the highest brightness single-lamp DLP projectors currently on the market.
The PG-D4010X features high brightness of 4000 ANSI Lumens and 2500:1 contrast ratio for a clear picture in virtually any lighting condition. For a true 16:10 widescreen presentation, the PG-D4010X provides XGA native resolution (1024x768), for clear and accurate images. Closed caption capability is also built-in.
Among the BrilliantColor projectors, the PG-D4010X features the DLP sealed system, which prevents dust, dirt and smoke from entering core parts of the optics. A slide lens cover also protects against dust and prevents the lens from being scratched. The projector needs no filter and less maintenance, resulting in lower cost of ownership and longer use. A low power "eco" mode extends the projector's lamp life up to approximately 3000 hours and reduces fan noise (30dB) for quiet, economical operation. The projector also offers theft prevention measures, including "key code activation" to prevent unauthorized operation and the availability of an ultra-heavy-duty security cable kit for use with Sharp ceiling-mounting systems.
The Sharp PG-D4010X offers HDTV/DTV compatibility for use with current and future video technologies as well as extensive connectivity.
The Sharp PG-D4010X includes a DVI-I analog/digital source with HDCP compliance. The projector also provides RGB and component inputs, S-video, composite video and stereo audio (15 watts per channel), as well as an RS-232C port, a USB input for mouse control and a RJ-45 LAN connection for remote control and access by a Web browser for diagnostics and automatic e-mail of product status.
